Requirements
  • B2B SaaS experience is required.
  • Three to five years of hands-on marketing operations experience as an administrator is required.
  • Hands-on experience administering marketing automation, including HubSpot; CRM and synchronization tools, including Salesforce; web analytics and tag management, including GA4 and GTM; and an intent or account-based marketing platform such as 6sense is required.
  • Experience supporting system integrations, migrations, or consolidations under senior guidance is required.
  • Experience building automated workflows, branching logic, and trigger-based communications within established frameworks is required.
  • Working knowledge of B2B SaaS funnel mechanics, including account-based marketing structures and multi-channel inbound and outbound motions, is required.
  • Ability to build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting and administer lead scoring and lifecycle-stage models established by others is required.
  • Practical understanding of GDPR and marketing data privacy, including consent and suppression management, is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and keep documentation current is required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot live systems under time pressure is required.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams is required.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the marketing technology stack day to day, spanning HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and intent or account-based marketing platforms, while following platform standards and escalating tool gaps or redundancies to marketing operations leadership.
  • Build and maintain automated nurture and email drip campaigns according to established playbooks; monitor lead-scoring and routing rules; troubleshoot flow issues; resolve synchronization errors; and ensure qualified prospects pass to sales cleanly.
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting across campaigns, channels, and email performance.
  • Build, test, and deploy multi-touch automated campaigns in HubSpot across email, nurtures, webinars, events, and web, including landing pages, email sequences, form-fill actions, workflows, UTM tagging, and quality assurance.
  • Build forms and manage list segmentation according to established data-capture standards and targeting criteria, and flag opportunities to improve conversion or data quality.
  • Support integrations across the marketing and revenue technology stack and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Maintain documentation for intake, prioritization, and quality assurance of marketing requests.
  • Monitor and audit system, workflow, and integration health on a regular cadence, including legacy systems, and flag hygiene issues for cleanup.
  • Maintain data governance and database hygiene according to established standards, including field consistency, lifecycle-stage accuracy, lead-source rules, and deduplication, and escalate policy-level issues to leadership.
  • Execute marketing compliance processes established by legal and compliance leadership, including consent tracking, suppression-list management, and send governance.
  • Partner with sales to troubleshoot lead and campaign questions and keep the two teams aligned.
Desired Qualifications
  • HubSpot experience is strongly preferred, and HubSpot certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in a multi-product or fast-scaling organization is preferred.
  • Exposure to an intent or account-based marketing platform such as 6sense is preferred.
