Requirements
  • 3+ years of business systems analyst experience and working with cross-functional teams.
  • 1+ years of experience working with logistics/WMS systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering or similar.
  • High learning agility. The position will often require learning new areas of business and new software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Curiosity to dig into how systems work and be hands-on throughout the development life cycle.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning, and task delegation.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of warehouse management functionality and configurations including but not limited to picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
  • Present innovative options for addressing the requests at hand and recommend the best course of action based on requirements coverage and effort required.
  • Perform functional analysis for designing solutions, evaluating options that include, but are not limited to new software development, configuration of existing systems, business process redesign, new package/system evaluation or a combination of these options.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering meetings with users/customers and management to determine business needs and translate them to system requirements.
  • Serve as point person for addressing issues and enhancements related to the specific product and functional area.
  • Deliver software requirements to developers and serve as the developer’s point of contact for clarification and follow-up throughout the development process.
  • Manage implementation plans for releasing system enhancements or new Software solutions to production.
  • Drive process improvement within the team as we continue to grow with agile and DevOps tools and methodologies.
  • Focus on quality during all phases of Software development, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation.
