Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA from a top University
  • 10+ years of experience within Commercial Banking, Transaction Banking, Treasury Services, Corporate Banking, Payments, Financial Institutions Coverage, or related sectors
  • Proven success managing strategic client relationships and delivering revenue growth within multinational financial institutions
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Banking and Treasury ecosystems, including Transaction Banking, Corporate Payments, Commercial Cards, Cash Management, Working Capital, Liquidity, Trade, and Cross-Border Payments
  • Deep knowledge of the global payments landscape, including issuing, acquiring, commercial payments, money movement, and value-added services
  • Demonstrated ability to originate, structure, negotiate, and execute large-scale strategic and commercial agreements
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across Commercial Banking, Transaction Banking, Treasury, Payments, Corporate Cards, and Digital Channels functions within global financial institutions
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within highly matrixed global organizations
  • Visa requires at least 4 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager
Responsibilities
  • Own executive-level relationships with assigned global clients, serving as a trusted advisor to senior banking and payments leaders
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that accelerate growth across Consumer Payments, CMS, and VAS, while delivering against revenue, sales, and business objectives
  • Identify and lead opportunities across B2B Payments, Commercial Cards, Treasury, Cash Management, Cross-Border Payments, and Money Movement solutions, helping clients modernize payment flows and unlock growth opportunities
  • Lead complex commercial engagements, strategic partnerships, and assist enterprise-wide deal negotiations across multiple markets and regions
  • Influence and coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Consulting, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Client Services to deliver client outcomes and achieve business objectives
  • Identify emerging market, competitive, regulatory, and technology trends and translate these into actionable client growth opportunities
  • Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning discussions, and governance forums with internal and external stakeholders
