Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of event planning experience; in-person and virtual events.
  • French and English fluency required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams Live required.
  • Experience writing and presenting points of view to support recommendations.
  • Experience in relationship management, cross-group collaboration, and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft brand and range of products an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Communication & Marketing Organization (CMO) and the Integrated Marketing Managers to build programs to enhance customer experience.
  • Partner with the analytics team to showcase event performance.
  • Ensure all events align with client strategy and obtain event measurement requirements.
  • Project management of assigned events from end-to-end.
  • Track project plans and ensure all stakeholders stay accountable to the approved schedule.
  • Provide operational support for events before, during, and after.
  • Validate strategy, marketing goals, measurements, and target audience.
  • Align budgets and timing expectations.
  • Review advertising materials, confirm agenda, speakers, and content.
  • Collect and document insights for future events.
