Requirements
  • 5+ years experience with instructional design on an enterprise SaaS product
  • Demonstrated experience with online curriculum development
  • Demonstrated experience with developing content for online learning management systems
  • Experience implementing instructional design theories to achieve practical outcomes
  • The ability to project manage your tasks including prioritization, communication, scheduling, and organization
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated Audio and Visual editing skills
  • Strong instructional design capabilities
  • Technical inclination, comfortable with working in more complex or technical products
  • Storytelling skills that enable you to educate through scenario-based learning
  • The salary range for this role is $65,000-$100,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location

Responsibilities
  • Design, create, and publish learning content associated with both internal and client training programs
  • Design and create learning outlines, content, activities and assessments in a way that supports different learning styles and enables optimal learning outcomes
  • Design, create and publish online learning materials that enable self-guided education for our users
  • Partner with trainers and subject-matter experts to update curriculum and content in a way that that improves learning quality for students and clients
  • Update and refine existing learning content to reflect continual changes to our product features and best practices, including training outlines, concept presentations, and online learning materials
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to to support technical aspects of online learning systems
