Requirements
  • At least 12 years of Marketing experience that include any combination of new product development, product marketing, business strategy, leading GTMs and/or leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the above areas is preferred.
  • Driving new product launches and the strategy required, and leading GTMs in B2C and B2B audiences are highly preferred.
  • MBA or similar post Bachelor Education preferred.
  • Demonstrated success with driving product-led growth, especially in-product messaging and optimizing user journeys for conversion.
  • Highly data-driven with strength in deriving actionable insights from data and research.
  • Fantastic communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently present to executives/senior management and peers.
  • Strong writing skills and demonstrated understanding of messaging strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, prioritizing and organizing effectively.
  • Experience managing and building teams.
  • Marketplace experience and managing multiple audience segments.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with UXR, Market Research, and Product to identify core customer segments and the key jobs to be done, unmet needs, and decision-making process for each segment.
  • Craft a robust learning agenda in partnership with research and analytics teams to stay on top of emerging trends.
  • Translate this understanding of customer segments into clear value props, messaging, and marketing claims that communicate our value.
  • Drive full-funnel go-to-market planning - including brand, content, product experience, PR, paid media, brand, and customer marketing - to meet commerce and adoption KPIs.
  • Partner with Finance, Analytics, and Data Science to define and measure success, forecast business impact, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative insights by talking regularly to customers and working with our research and customer-facing teams.
  • Develop a perspective on the market and present compelling business cases to drive prioritization of key investments to support business and customer goals.
