Requirements
  • Prior Commercial Market Insurance industry experience as an Account Manager or similar required
  • Functional knowledge of Commercial Lines rating experience
  • Knowledge of the following primary commercial insurance coverage's: Workers Compensation, Auto, General Liability, Property required
  • Strong Customer Service and Relationship Building skills
  • Effective Communication Skills / Written and Verbal
  • Professional Demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Software
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as on a team
  • Ability to shift work efforts quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Handle high volumes of transactions
  • Manage a Book of Business alongside the Underwriter
  • Balance quality and timeliness in work
  • Prioritize daily work activities based on feedback
  • Maintain an effective pending task follow-up system
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact for agents on service related/problem resolution
