Job Description

As the Customer Success Enablement Project Manager Intern, you will design and execute onboarding and continuing education programs for the Customer Success Organization. You will work closely with various teams including Customer Success Management, Operations and Strategy, Training and/or Marketing, and Sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, coaching, and simplifying concepts to support learning and stand-in relationships within the Customer Success Organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, optimize, and assess employee onboarding and ever-boarding, while strategizing for continuing education.
• Develop a clear end-to-end Customer Success enablement plan to support the Customer Success Managers ability to renew our Services and Software.
• Collaborate with the Services and Software on developing content, mapping learning plans to drive product competency with our Customer Success Managers.
• Identify analytics to monitor performance indicators, primary areas of opportunity and training needs to improve Customer Success enablement and performance.
• Work with Leadership to communicate feedback, success stories, roadblocks, and lessons learned.
• Develop Learning Plans and a monthly Customer Success Newsletter.
• Update Learning Module Center where enablement and training videos are stored.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $15 - $26 per hour. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
