Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, optimize, and assess employee onboarding and ever-boarding, while strategizing for continuing education
  • Develop a clear end-to-end Customer Success enablement plan to support the Customer Success Managers ability to renew our Services and Software
  • Collaborate with the Services and Software on developing content, mapping learning plans to drive product competency with our Customer Success Managers
  • Identify analytics to monitor performance indicators, primary areas of opportunity and training needs to improve Customer Success enablement and performance
  • Work with Leadership to communicate feedback, success stories, roadblocks, and lessons learned
  • Develop Learning Plans and a monthly Customer Success Newsletter
  • Update Learning Module Center where enablement and training videos are stored
  • Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
