  • Bachelor's Degree or direct and applicable work experience
  • Minimum 7 years' experience to include any combination of the following:
  • 4 + years IT security and security controls experience
  • Control routines and risk management policies; identifying, analyzing and measuring risk; recommending ways to mitigate risk
  • Vendor management to include collaborating and building relationships with third parties
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to consult, influence and drive change as well as adapt communication to your audience
  • Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to better understand stakeholder needs
  • Demonstrated experience measuring and evaluating work processes, services and products to achieve organizational goals
  • Knowledge of planning and implementing change initiatives, while remaining flexible to meet constantly changing and sometimes opposing demands
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information and produce innovative ideas
  • Demonstrated experience creating and improving processes
  • Ability and interest in mentoring/coaching others
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Travel required between 10-20%
