Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage HubSpot for CRM, workflows, automation, and campaign management
  • Optimise our website and SEO performance, creating and updating web, event, and landing pages
  • Grow and engage social media channels and design digital assets including video, imagery, EDMs, and paid ads
  • Deliver EDMs, SMS campaigns, and targeted communications to segmented audiences
  • Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and conversion using HubSpot, Google Analytics, AdWords, and Meta Insights
  • Share digital insights and recommendations to support informed marketing decisions
  • Execute around 10 events annually in Melbourne, ensuring a seamless client experience
