Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth and market penetration, while streamlining sales processes
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with merchants, retailers, and other stakeholders to expand adoption of BNPL solutions.
  • Drive market penetration in Retail and secure strategic partnerships with PSPs and eCommerce platforms.
  • Own sales targets, pipeline management, and forecasting, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to align on go-to-market strategies and customer success initiatives.
  • Leverage customer feedback and market insights to refine sales approaches and inform product development.
