Requirements
  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience, including recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate flow, track sourcing metrics, and maintain organized requisition pipelines.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing and pipeline key performance indicators, including qualified candidates sourced, time-to-fill, and source-of-hire metrics.
  • Experience actively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, other job boards, and professional networking sites.
  • Ability to leverage multiple sourcing channels simultaneously, including job boards, social media, referral networks, and niche or industry-specific sites, to build a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Ability to use data and reporting tools to evaluate sourcing-channel effectiveness and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Understanding of employment laws, compliance regulations, and recruiting best practices.
  • Understanding of employment branding principles and how to represent the company effectively when contacting candidates on external platforms.
  • Ability to engage, teach, and learn from hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions within Operations teams.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer-letter generation, and background-check launches.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources business partners to develop recruiting strategies for current and future hiring demands.
  • Source talent through traditional resources and proactively develop new and creative ways to identify candidates.
  • Build and manage candidate pools and keep qualified candidates engaged for current or future opportunities.
  • Promote a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers through recruiting best practices, continuous communication, and thorough follow-through.
  • Maintain thorough recruiting documentation in Workday and guide hiring managers on Workday processes related to recruiting.
  • Collaborate on Talent Acquisition and broader Human Resources team projects and perform other assigned duties.
Desired Qualifications
  • Workday Applicant Tracking System experience.
  • Phenom customer relationship management system or similar Talent Acquisition customer relationship management system experience.
