- 5+ years of relevant experience in a manual manufacturing environment or serial production environment is required.
- Able to define process and ensure proper deployment of manufacturing processes.
- Able to interact with Engineering team, logistic team, Program, and Production teams.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet quality and productivity goals.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards throughout all phases of production.
- Conduct process validations and qualifications as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to production teams.
- Participate in new product introduction (NPI) projects and provide input on manufacturability.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
