Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance is required for the position.

The Day-to-Day:

We are looking for strong DevOps/Development-focused consultants who are high performers, self-starters with CI/CD experience. These roles will require candidates who possess knowledge of AWS services, experience developing technical solutions, and an AWS Associate Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).

Basic Qualifications:

TS/SCI active security clearance with active FS polygraph required upon starting.
Experience developing enterprise tools for cost and security configuration management.
Strong DevOps, Web front-end development, building security tools, experience with core AWS services.

Preferred Qualifications (desired not required):

Terraform experience.
Architect experience.

Level Qualifications/Requirements:

Senior Principal:
Executive leadership will be needed experience as you will provide guidance to customers and delivery teams on a limited basis.
10+ years experience in technical and complex project management.
3 years experience with migration to AWS and optimization.
Experience leading multiple simultaneous development efforts or technology initiatives.
Able to balance technical leadership and be savvy with strong business judgment to make the right decisions for customers.
AWS Certification at the Professional or Specialty level.

SME:
Specialized technical expert providing design and/or implementation guidance for complex or first-of-a-kind customer requirements.
AWS Certification at the Professional or Specialty level. 3 years experience migrating customers to AWS and/or optimizing customer applications on AWS.

Senior Engagement Manager:
Provides day-to-day team leadership for delivery to customers. This individual is responsible to the customer for delivery. He/she is responsible for managing and reporting status, financials and risk.
Experience migrating multiple customers to AWS.
PM certification of PMP, Scrum Master or Government contracting cert
7 years of implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications
2 years of software development tools and methodologies · 3 years presenting to executives or IT Management.
Technical bachelors degree.

Senior Consultant:
In this role day-to-day technical leadership for delivery to customers will be expected.
Experience in development and implementation of at least 3 AWS based systems and led at least one of those efforts.·
AWS certification Solutions Architect - Associate.

Mid-Level:
You will contribute individually on a technical delivery team; you will be responsible for leading distinct tasks within the project.
5 years design/implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications.
3 years software development tools and methodologies.
3 years documentation and written communication.
1 year presenting to executives, IT Management, or developers.
Technical bachelors degree.
AWS Associate Level Certification.

Junior Consultant:
You will be responsible for completing tasks as directed as part of a delivery team.
AWS certification and the Solutions Architect - Associate level.
2 years of design/implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications.
2 years of software development tools and methodologies.
2 years of experience with documentation and written communication.
Technical Associates degree.
