- A current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Florida is required.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform evidence-based nursing practices are required.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social health status.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Provide patient education and support to promote self-management and prevent complications.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by a physician or authorized healthcare provider.
- Document patient care activities and communicate patient status and progress to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain professional nursing knowledge and skills by attending continuing education programs and staying current with developments in the field.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
- Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards of nursing practice.
- Experience in home health, hospice, or community health is preferred.
