The Account Identity team builds systems that collect real-world identity signals to increase platform trust for internal developers, creators, and users. By understanding who the person is behind their Roblox account, we can make their experiences more valuable. Our Access Management Platform enables teams to open up features to trusted users and for the users, give them simple, transparent, actionable ways to become trusted.

As a Senior Frontend or Full Stack Software Engineer on the Identity team, you will lead the design and implementation of all our user-facing signal collection flows. Our impact comes through collaboration across organizational and functional boundaries. If you are an experienced engineer who is passionate about building outstanding features in a data-driven environment, you’ll be right at home on the Account Identity team.

You Will:

• Architect and implement the signal collection flows, including the Upsell UI Wizard portion of the Access Management Platform.
• Bring designs to life for both our web and mobile platforms, using C#, Javascript, and Lua (no experience necessary).
• Enforce the principle of least privilege. The account identity team strives to respect user privacy by making sure that we expose the minimum amount of user information necessary for product decisions to be made by our fellow Roblox teams.
• Work cross organizationally. We collaborate with teams and roles throughout Roblox and get a big picture view of how Roblox works.
• You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager of Account Identity

You Have:

• 4+ years of experience in software development, making an impact beyond your team
• 4+ years of experience developing frontend web applications, using frontend libraries and frameworks (React, angular, Vue.js, etc)
• Experience working directly on scalable backend systems or partnering with backend teams.

Nice to Have:

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or other technical field
• Familiar with C#, TypeScript, Lua, or Go.
