Responsibilities
  • Support the PR Manager in drafting Hotel press release
  • Assist the team in content creation and social media activities
  • Update Hotel software for Sales & Marketing department
  • Monitor guests’ reviews and respond according to the Hotel policy
  • Help organizing marketing events and initiatives
  • Assist with the organization of press and influencers stays at the Hotel
  • Create and distribute promotional materials within the Hotel
  • Assist with other tasks within the division if needed
  • Develop and present a project work to reinforce training
