By the end of your first year, success would mean: having personally quadrupled our day-30 retention, growing our ML team from 2 to 10 people.

Requirements:

• PhD or Postdoc from a leading academic institution
• At least 2 years experience in RL or NLP (doesn’t need to be in industry, can be from academia or personal projects)
• Strong coding skills, we use Python with a lot of Test-Driven-Development
• Ability to own problems end-to-end, and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you’re missing to get the job done
