  • Experience in implementing, testing and Supporting Oracle Financial Modules including GL, Intercompany, Projects, Fixed Assets.
  • Experience in Technical reports, OTBI reports, BIP reports or OIC.
  • Excellent knowledge of best practices and an understanding of industry trends and difficulties in Implementing Oracle Fusion Application and supporting the transformation.
  • Superior attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Provides consistent and innovative solution leadership to a project team.
  • Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring highly performant, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints.
  • Leads and analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
  • Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.
  • Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
  • Experience in Solution Design; Preparing specification documentation; Designing process workflow; Identifying and resolving Gaps; Providing functional inputs for specifications, business process, and Post implementation Support.
  • Proficient in the concepts of Multi-Org, Global Consolidation System, Multiple Reporting Currencies and Flex field setups.
  • Strong knowledge in GL balances conversion using translation and revaluation process for final balances in reporting currency.
  • Expertise in reconciliation of Sub-ledger modules with module.
  • System administration skills include defining request groups, responsibilities, users, assigning responsibilities to user setup of profile options and maintaining concurrent programs.
  • Experienced in Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounting Setup Manager, Multi Org Access Control (MOAC).
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in building and giving presentations to business partners.
  • Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills, including ability to function proactively by anticipating priorities and requirements of team stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations; must be extremely flexible and have a strong aptitude to manage competing priorities and ensure critical follow-up of initiatives.
  • Proficient in the use of desktop tools and software for presentations, consolidation of data and process mapping, e.g., MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
Responsibilities
  • Experience in leading solution design and implementation activities within Oracle Financial Modules projects and engagements.
  • Lead and manage solution design and delivery to ensure performance, integration, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Prepare specification documentation, design process workflows, identify gaps, and provide functional inputs for specifications, business processes, and post-implementation support.
  • Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions in Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Perform discovery, requirements gathering, and analytical activities to understand client needs and translate them into Oracle solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Present to business partners and stakeholders, articulating the solution design and project status.

  • Knowledge of technology estates and technologies desirable.
  • Proven expertise in your area by virtue of which you can contribute to growth of practice. Subject matter expert who can increase competency in said technology and act as mentor to other team members.

Hitachi Digital Services launches Manufacturing Operations Management platform to accelerate smart factory transformation

Hitachi Digital Services has launched a Manufacturing Operations Management platform to strengthen integration between operational and information technology systems. The platform aims to transform discrete manufacturing sites into smart factories and expand Hitachi's HMAX Industry solutions portfolio. Built on open, modular architecture, the MOM platform delivers real-time traceability from design through manufacturing, enables data-driven decision-making, and supports scalable workflows. The technology has been refined across over 100 manufacturing sites and will initially power Hitachi Group factories through a "Customer Zero" approach. The platform targets asset-heavy sectors including energy, high tech, manufacturing and transportation.
