Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience guiding growth through reasoning and analysis with at least 1 year in a Senior capacity.
  • Experience supporting product teams, demonstrating an understanding of metrics, funnel analysis, conversion rates, and customer segmentation.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Apache Superset, or similar.
  • Background in applied data analysis, including A/B testing and observational causal inference methods.
  • Experience with compute and orchestration tools like Databricks, Airflow.
  • Scripting, programming, and SQL skills.

  • Apply statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict customer behavior, sales trends, and demand patterns.
  • Translate complex data findings into concise recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
  • Use statistical modeling techniques to conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, regression analysis, and other advanced statistical methods.
  • Design interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Tableau, MixPanel, and Apache Superset.
