Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in data engineering, AI solution development, or related roles is required.
  • Proven expertise in large language models, agentic artificial intelligence systems, and Model Context Protocol is required.
  • Working experience developing and integrating artificial intelligence solutions using AWS Bedrock, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and enterprise application integration, is required.
  • Hands-on experience building artificial intelligence applications using Python frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI, and AWS or OpenAI software development kits is required.
  • Strong experience with Snowflake and Amazon Web Services, including Glue, S3, Lambda, and SageMaker, is required.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future.
  • Deep understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks, data pipelines, and cloud-native architectures is required.
  • Hands-on experience with large language model deployment, fine-tuning, and integration is required.
  • Proficiency in agentic artificial intelligence design patterns and implementation is required.
  • Expertise in Model Context Protocol for context-aware model deployment and management is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Snowflake, Amazon Web Services, and advanced data modeling is required.
  • Experience with data governance, security, and compliance best practices is required.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale data and artificial intelligence solutions aligned with business objectives and technical best practices.
  • Architect, implement, and optimize large language models and agentic artificial intelligence workflows for business automation and decision support.
  • Design and deploy artificial intelligence solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and n8n for agent orchestration, workflow automation, and integration with business systems.
  • Develop, integrate, and manage Model Context Protocol-based solutions to improve model interpretability, context management, and deployment at scale.
  • Use Amazon Web Services and Snowflake to build scalable, secure, and efficient data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Partner with technology, business, risk, legal, and compliance stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in artificial intelligence, data engineering, and cloud computing, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements relevant to the financial services industry.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
