Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, engineering, mathematics or statistics.
  • 6-8 years of work experience with large digital media engagements.
  • Solid understanding of media strategies and Google platform knowledge as well as digital tactics.
  • Proven experience working with large or multi-workstream accounts.
  • Experience managing profitable budgets, meeting deadlines, and managing direct reports.
  • Experience working with international client accounts a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills with experience creating clear, concise, professional documents and presentations.
  • Ability to travel moderately within North America and internationally as and when required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic oversight and revenue growth on a book of client businesses.
  • Define, plan, and execute against a client’s objectives using digital media principles.
  • Guide direct reports to execute responsibilities effectively.
  • Mine for new revenue opportunities and develop plans to bring them to fruition.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into business opportunities.
  • Oversee and guide staffing, strategy, quality of work, and budgeting within a set of clients.
  • Communicate clients’ business strategy and needs cross-functionally within the organization.
  • Support the creation and execution of Analytics Plans to grow clients’ business.
  • Maintain solid client relationships focusing on strategy development, report delivery, and client communication.
  • Develop revenue generating plans for clients through a deep understanding of offerings and client research.
  • Optimize direct sales drivers to achieve predictability, cost-efficiency, and scale.
  • Ensure excellent relationships are maintained with client organizations for high customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Client Services team to drive towards clients’ business objectives and key metrics.
  • Work with a cross-functional team to meet plan deadlines, customer expectations, and program milestones.
  • Enhance staff accomplishments and competencies by planning delivery of solutions and improving internal processes.
  • Promote the organization’s mission and values internally and externally.
  • Support the training of other team members and create a learning environment.
