  • 5+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated proficiency in composites engineering
  • Composite analysis experience (preferably composite cases)
  • Experience leading design reviews to communicated design decisions and trades
  • Practical experience manufacturing and testing composite cases
  • Practical experience building composite cases and high temperature materials
  • Desire to take ownership and build new products
  • Eligibility for a Secret Clearance

  • Design and development of new composite cases for SRM applications
  • Guiding and/or performing structural analysis of wound composite structures
  • Development of composite process within an innovative manufacturing environment
  • Development & guidance of inspection and test plans for composite cases
