  • Demonstrates knowledge of clients' industries and paid media trends to create strategic reports
  • Enhances clients' accounts with new betas/features and other Cross Channel platforms
  • Stays updated on paid media tools and platforms
  • Collaborates with Cross Channel experts on client goals and monthly reports
  • Develops internal process documentation and templates
  • Utilizes bid management tools and self-serve platforms to optimize paid media accounts
