The Columbia Presbyterian Community has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Nursing to join our team and provide essential support to help maintain the smooth operation of our 44 bed healthcare unit.

The Role:

As the Director of Nursing, you'll take the lead in shaping the clinical healthcare services across our community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Balancing hands-on clinical and resident care with essential administrative duties.
• Recruiting, hiring, and mentoring staff to build a strong, cohesive team.
• Develop and execute staffing plans aligned with resident needs while efficiently managing daily resource allocation.
• Promote survey process awareness by demonstrating expertise and guiding staff toward informed participation.
• Managing and improving the quality of care, adhering to SC Department of Health regulations, and maintaining certification/licensure standards.
• Contributing to the Vital Living Program to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

What You Bring as a Director of Nursing:

• Licensed as an RN in South Carolina
• CPR Certification
• 2+ years of clinical supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with electronic medical records (PointClickCare is a plus)
