- MS, or Ph.D. in mathematics, operations research, physics, computer science, industrial engineering, or related field
- Experience formulating and solving mixed integer linear and/or non-linear optimization
- Knowledge and experience with statistics and data science
- Programming experience in Python and/or R, including common data science libraries (e.g. Pandas, Numpy) and SQL
- At least 5 years of experience using analysis to solve complex problems
- Secret Clearance, ability to achieve a Secret Clearance required
- You will be on the ground floor conducting cutting edge analytics in support of defense and commercial applications
- You will work in a highly collaborative environment with a diverse team of analytic and subject matter experts
- You’ll have direct access to leadership to build strategic direction
- DEFCON is a flat, fast-paced environment where you will lead not only at the strategic level, but also day-to-day by diving deeply into business, product, and technical domains
- Experience formulating and solving mobility/transportation problems
- Practical experience applying AI/ML techniques
- At least 10 years of experience using analysis to solve a wide range of complex problems
