The KAYAK Media Summer Internship Program is a paid, 11-week program (25 hours per week) for undergraduate rising juniors, seniors, and graduate students. From June 5 – August 18, 2023, our intern will gain an immersive, hands-on experience with our KAYAK Media Team.

In addition to working with their assigned team on important projects, our intern will gain access to KAYAK’s diverse professional network by participating in intimate learning sessions and join fun peer networking activities throughout the summer. Program participants will also leverage KAYAK’s resources to work on and present a group project to senior leaders at the conclusion of the program.

In this role, you will:

• Take part in, and contribute to, creative and strategic brainstorms for proactive pitches, RFP responses, and experiences.
• Aid in research for marketing pitches, creative assets and materials, and experience venues and vendors.
• Organize and track sales leads, assist with campaign pacing and reporting requests
• Engage in simple data entry and analysis alongside our insights team as necessary.

• Preferably working towards a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business
• Design experience a plus, but not required
• Must be available during program dates, ability to commute to the Cambridge office on Tuesdays and Thursdays

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The salary for Cambridge is $18 per hour.
