Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to walk units, stairs, and community grounds frequently throughout the day.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service attitude and ability to positively interact with others.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus! Must be fluent in English.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Provide vendors with access to apartment homes and community facilities as they install network infrastructure.
  • Walk units and common areas throughout the day to monitor vendor progress.
  • Ensure vendor work is being carried out according to expectations and report any issues or delays.
  • Serve as an on-site liaison between vendors and the IT Manager.
  • Document daily activities, progress updates, and potential concerns in a daily recap report.
  • Communicate promptly with the IT Manager regarding any issues, delays, or resident-related matters.
  • Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively while interacting with residents, staff, and vendors.
Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
