Requirements
  • Previous Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience
  • Strong administration and organisation skills

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring accounts payable inbox and entering supplier invoices into financial system
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal personnel to resolve issues and queries
  • Assisting with entering authorized payments and processing expense claim forms
  • Supporting finance team with projects and accounts receivable tasks
  • Preparing VAT Returns, regulatory fees, and other ad-hoc duties
