Overview of Product Manager (Systems design) position:
The Business product management team represents the Investment department globally in its interactions with the Technology department, aligning technical solutions with the vision of senior management in order to enable business growth.
Within the Investment department, as a Product Manager (Systems design), you will:
- Identify technical needs, and scope them into projects
- Create the requirements of new systems and systems upgrades
- Sign off new systems and systems upgrade for production release
- Maintain an at-large awareness of technical needs within Investment
- Communicate business priorities to Technology teams
Skillset required For Position:
- Strong communication skills: ability to identify stakeholders, and obtain agreement on
proposed solutions
- Ability to run several projects at a time
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent
- Programming experience, ability to understand existing code
The minimum base salary for this role is $60,000 if located in New York. This expectation is based on available information at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, which could constitute a significant portion of total compensation. This role may also be eligible for benefits, such as health, dental, and other wellness plans, as well as 401(k) contributions. Successful candidates’ compensation and benefits will be determined in consideration of various factors.
