Deine Aufgaben bei CWS:

• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten LifeCycle des IT-Service-Portfolios – von der Einführung und Anpassung über Optimierung und Automatisierung bis zur Ablösung nicht mehr benötigter Services
• Du stellst sicher, dass Servicekataloge, Request-Kataloge, Serviceverträge und SLAs transparent und einheitlich auf die Geschäftsanforderungen abgestimmt sind
• Du sorgst dafür, dass Servicedokumentationen und Verträge den Anforderungen an Compliance, Sicherheit und Audit erfüllen
• Du definierst und überwachst KPIs zur Service-Performance, SLA-Erfüllung und Kataloggenauigkeit – und leitest daraus kontinuierliche Verbesserungen ab.
• Du entwickelst und pflegst die strategische Roadmap für das IT-Service-Portfolio in enger Abstimmung mit der IT- und Unternehmensstrategie
• Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern und sorgst für klare Kommunikation und reibungslose Zusammenarbeit
• Du steigerst den Mehrwert des Service-Portfolios durch aktives Stakeholder-Management sowie durch Trainings- und Awareness-Initiativen

Das bringst Du mit:

• Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Service Management mit, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
• Du verfügst über fundierte ITIL-Kenntnisse (ITIL Foundation Zertifizierung ist erforderlich)
• Du bist vertraut mit ITSM-Prozessen und -Tools und weißt, wie man Services effektiv strukturiert, dokumentiert und steuert
• Du überzeugst mit starken Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten – sowohl auf taktischer als auch auf strategischer Ebene
• Du bringst ein Mindset für kontinuierliche Verbesserung mit und nutzt KPIs sowie Feedback, um die Servicequalität voranzutreiben
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und fühlst dich in einem internationalen Umfeld wohl, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

You can look forward to these tasks:

• Own, develop and manage the full lifecycle of the IT Service Portfolio—from introduction and modification to optimization, automation, and retirement
• Ensure transparency and consistency across the Service Catalog, Request Catalog, Service Contracts, and SLAs, aligning them with business needs
• Govern service documentation and contracts to meet compliance, audit, and security standards
• Define and monitor KPIs for service performance, SLA fulfillment, and catalog accuracy; drive continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for the IT Service Portfolio in alignment with IT and business strategy
• Act as a key interface between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Promote service portfolio value through stakeholder engagement, training, and awareness initiatives

Your Profile:

• You bring several years of experience in IT Service Management, ideally in a comparable role
• You have solid ITIL knowledge (ITIL Foundation certification is required)
• You are confident with ITSM processes and tools and know how to structure, document, and manage services effectively
• You demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills — both on a tactical and strategic level
• You have a continuous improvement mindset and use KPIs and feedback to drive service excellence
• You have excellent English skills and feel at ease working in an international environment, German language skills are a plus
