Requirements
  • Several years of experience in IT Service Management, ideally in a comparable role
  • ITIL knowledge with ITIL Foundation certification required
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management processes and tools and knowledge of how to structure, document, and manage services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills at both tactical and strategic levels
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a data-driven approach using KPIs and feedback to drive service quality
  • Very good English language skills and comfort working in an international environment
  • German language skills are a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
  • Own, develop and manage the full lifecycle of the IT Service Portfolio—from introduction and modification to optimization, automation, and retirement
  • Ensure transparency and consistency across the Service Catalog, Request Catalog, Service Contracts, and SLAs, aligning them with business needs
  • Govern service documentation and contracts to meet compliance, audit, and security standards
  • Define and monitor KPIs for service performance, SLA fulfillment, and catalog accuracy; drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for the IT Service Portfolio in alignment with IT and business strategy
  • Act as a key interface between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Promote service portfolio value through stakeholder engagement, training, and awareness initiatives
Desired Qualifications
  • German language skills (nice to have)
  • Experience in IT Service Management in a similar role is preferable but not strictly required
