Requirements
- Passionate about leading strategic payments conversations (especially in retail) and coordinating (high level) technical, operational and business discussions
- Enjoy engaging others and developing strong working relationships at all levels of management
- Skilled in leveraging your business acumen and analytical abilities to strategically assess and help reach our commercial pillar goals
- Excited to prioritize and manage multiple projects across different departments, while motivating and collaborating with others to achieve results
- 5+ years experience in account/project management or sales, consulting, or a related field
- Bachelors degree
- Full professional proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Serve as a extensive source of knowledge for your colleagues in the account management and sales teams and other company departments
- Build strong relationships and navigate the organization to connect the right external and internal stakeholders and their priorities
- Support the commercial approach and go to market for new retail products, geos, segments, ranging from informing pricing strategy to delivering trainings or driving go to market enablement
- Provide strategic and consultative advice to help influence and win key opportunities with enterprise retail merchants, prospects and partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate merchant, prospect and partner' needs and feedback, to enhance the Unified Commerce proposition
