Requirements
  • A minimum 7 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years owning platform, infrastructure, data, or developer-facing products in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong technical foundation—able to debate distributed systems trade-offs, data architecture, cloud infra, and API design with engineering teams
  • A history of delivering scalable, high-availability platforms that materially move business and customer outcomes
  • Clear, confident communicator—you distill technical complexity into clarity for engineers, product teams, and execs alike
  • Operate well in fast-paced, ambiguous environments—startup or zero-to-one experience is a strong plus
  • Bonus: Familiarity with data governance, security/compliance, or large-scale AI/ML pipelines
Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterpret’s core platform—including data infra, ML infra, internal APIs, AI tooling, security, and developer experience
  • Deliver a performant and reliable platform that enables near real-time insights for customers and high-velocity shipping for internal teams
  • Drive architectural decisions in close collaboration with engineering to scale performance, reliability, cost-efficiency, and security
  • Align across product teams—map platform needs and dependencies, and ensure the platform remains a force multiplier for product velocity
  • Translate complex infra concepts into clear, actionable product requirements, and launch incrementally while tracking key metrics like latency, reliability, scalability, and developer velocity
  • Invest in the developer experience—improving observability, tooling, documentation, and internal APIs to help Enterpret engineers ship faster and safer
  • Champion a platform-as-a-product mindset—evangelize platform capabilities across teams, and ensure shared services are intuitive, adopted, and measurable
