Requirements
  • Proven experience in Partner Sales, Partner Growth, Partner Development, Business Development (BDR), Sales Development (SDR), or as an Account Executive (AE)
  • Strong understanding of the modern data stack ecosystem and its technologies
  • Familiarity with sales and CRM tools, such as Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Responsibilities
  • Managing and expanding ecosystem partnerships to fuel revenue growth through partner channels
  • Everyday management of partner programs and portals, fostering relationships through 'win wires' and sharing success stories
  • Utilizing Crossbeam intelligence and proactive outreach to Partner Sales Representatives to ensure a steady flow of opportunities
  • Tracking and optimizing sales outreach efforts to partners, directly contributing to revenue growth
  • Monitoring and quantifying the impact partners have on revenue and the overall sales pipeline
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with partners through regular communication, collaboration, and mutual support
  • Working with partners to create and execute joint initiatives, such as marketing campaigns, product integrations, or co-branded events
  • Creating predictable revenue through referrals, building advocate partners, expanding Atlan's presence at events, and using partner insights to showcase Atlan's value
  • Tracking performance of partnerships, analyzing metrics, and KPIs to ensure that each partnership is delivering its expected value
  • Staying informed about data ecosystem knowledge, including players, dynamics, and industry trends
