Requirements
  • The candidate must have held a position in which they had a direct and extensive, successful working relationship with senior executives
  • Strong financial services or banking background
  • Previous sales, relationship management and program management experience in enterprise class applications
  • Demonstrated success in business development and growing customer relationships
  • Familiar with project management techniques, SDLC processes and tools.
  • Experience in writing proposals and business cases for new opportunities
  • Strong verbal and writing skills, presentation skills, and motivational techniques
  • A willingness and enthusiasm for travel.
Responsibilities
  • Align the strategic vision of both parties and document in a shared customer journey roadmap
  • Maintain executive level relationships via ongoing communications and governance
  • Determine key performance metrics that are critical to Delighting each strategic account, set clear ownership across the organization for specific metrics and drive accountability through regular measurement and reporting
  • Grow customer relationships by identifying opportunities to deliver additional Bottomline Software Solutions and drive the business development for incremental Services
  • Formulate, own and drive commercial and relationship plans for each account
  • Supports Sales and Implementation process, but takes lead role in Account & Relationship Management for Strategic Accounts in Production
