  • 2+ years of experience in solutions or operations within financial services, with Alternative Fund knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Support Platform Operations across Pre-Trade, Trade, and Post-Trade phases, delivering timely and professional support to clients and partners.
  • Facilitate and manage projects from initiation to completion independently, anticipating resource needs, and communicating project status and risks proactively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Research, Marketing, Product, Operations, Client Service, and Technology to define requirements, develop solutions like dashboards, reports, and process automation, and support new solution deliveries.
  • Conduct business and data analysis to troubleshoot issues, support data-driven decision-making, and optimize operations through innovative solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation in platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, and Airtable, and use project tracking tools to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships internally and externally, and provide clear and proactive communication to ensure alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop expertise in CAIS platforms and investment products, and contribute to special projects as needed based on skills and interests.
