Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in market research or consumer insights, ideally in the CPG sector.
  • BA degree required; Master’s a plus.
  • Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken).
  • Experience with survey tools, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication, time management, and insight storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and travel up to 10% (EU/US).
Responsibilities
  • Design and execute both qualitative and quantitative research studies for product and marketing teams.
  • Represent global consumers, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Track and synthesise historical data to inform product strategy and innovation.
  • Conduct research to support multi-region go-to-market strategies.
  • Moderate qualitative sessions (focus groups, IDIs) and manage surveys from end to end.
