Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid media buying from an advertising agency, publisher, or media company.
  • Demonstrated expertise in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), display/programmatic (DSPs), and video platforms.
  • A thorough understanding of the paid media auction landscape, dynamic pricing, and associated costs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide both quantitative and qualitative insights and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to effectively manage priorities and multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead campaign creation, execution, and optimization across social, display, and email, troubleshooting issues and proposing data-driven solutions for client retention.
  • Partner with internal GPS and extension teams, building relationships for seamless campaign launches.
  • Manage vendor relationships, provide performance feedback, and contribute to the product roadmap by exploring new features and partnerships.
  • Execute cross-platform campaigns: Collaborate on paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Directly manage and optimize Display, Video, and YouTube campaigns across various DSPs.
  • Activate Email marketing campaigns with marketing and creative teams.
