- Serve as the primary client contact for client coordination, strategic planning, master scope management, budget finances, subcontracting, project staffing, facility support, and schedule attainment.
- Manage all aspects of project communication.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure deliverables and services meet client satisfaction and projects follow internal quality assurance and quality management guidelines.
- Report regularly on progress, cost and schedule metrics, procurement issues, safety or environmental concerns, design questions, potential impacts, and issues requiring office support.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Five or more years of work experience in a project management role, preferably in a machine building, original equipment manufacturer, or automation background.
- Project management experience for an original equipment manufacturer.
- Project Management Professional certification.
- Experience with program or project management using horizontal teams.

Together with ZAL and other partners, Broetje-Automation is working on the BiSconA project funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy to develop an automated ‘built-in stress’ compliant joining process for aircraft fuselages that sets standards in terms of accuracy and speed of the assembly process and ensures the stress-free condition of the fuselage over the entire assembly process.
