Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to navigate and operate throughout the Washington DC urban environment in a work vehicle
  • 1-2 Years of related work experience
  • Experience in network installation, and computer technology
  • Ability to work outside with minimal supervision
  • Valid drivers license with good driving required is required
  • Must be willing to submit to and return clean enhanced police background check
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great multi-tasking skills, effective organizational skills and strong time management mindset
Responsibilities
  • Ensure proactive routine maintenance deadlines are met while keeping active equipment above contractual requirements
  • Work closely with multiple internal and external teams to identify and resolve customer related issues resulting from equipment deficiencies
  • Initiate internal escalations, as necessary
  • Work closely with Maintenance Field Supervisor to keep service levels high
  • Perform daily checks of enforcement systems to confirm operations and monitor all systems as equipment dictates
  • Monitor and document the timely completion of monthly validation program, work with field supervisors to adapt procedures to match equipment demands as technology evolves
  • Provide installation support for new approach builds on construction sites
  • Ability to travel within the Washington DC region, including Maryland and Virginia for job duties with short notices
  • Other duties and/or responsibilities assigned by the Verra Mobility Leadership Team.
