Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity, or a comparable position
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • Experience in sourcing, analyzing, and managing investment and M&A transactions
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills
  • Fluency in financial analysis, valuation, and market analysis

  • Articulate strategic implications of partnerships and acquisitions to leadership
  • Assist in strategic transaction planning and decision-making
  • Manage due diligence and close process for investments and acquisitions
  • Monitor and report on performance of strategic investments and acquisitions
