  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with Epicor.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems.
  • Experience with customer web portals.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work a fixed schedule from Saturday through Tuesday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Ability to use appropriate safety equipment in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Warehouse Supervisor to establish and maintain operational procedures for warehouse activities.
  • Support the Warehouse Supervisor with day-to-day warehouse activities, including cycle counting, receiving, picking, and shipping.
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee the handling and disposition of materials.
  • Inspect the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment, and prepare work orders for repairs or requisitions for equipment replacement as needed.
  • Assist in directing the salvage of damaged or unusable material.
  • Confer with the Warehouse Supervisor, Branch Manager, and other departments to coordinate warehouse activities.
  • Participate in planning for warehouse personnel safety.
  • Identify employee training needs and provide clear instruction to ensure procedures are followed.
  • Document disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Receive, pick, pack, and ship products while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized warehouse.
