Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience assessing and meeting customer needs or helping with issue resolution, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
  • Loan Originator positions must meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and applicable financial responsibility, character, financial fitness, criminal background, screening, and ongoing regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise teller-function risk and operations to ensure exceptional customer and colleague experiences, timely completion, quality, and compliance.
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving customer service, colleague experience, and performance-management processes and tools.
  • Perform operational and customer-support tasks.
  • Provide customer service, engage customers in conversations, and build relationships.
  • Manage the teller-line schedule and daily operations.
  • Make decisions and resolve teller-line operational issues under regional banking management direction.
  • Interpret applicable regulations, policies, procedures, audits, and escalation requirements.
  • Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns and complaints.
  • Collaborate and consult with branch employees, colleagues, and mid-level managers.
  • Interact directly with customers.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team of direct reports to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for branch operations.
  • Mentor and guide the talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
  • Assess customer needs and refer customers interested in dwelling-secured products to a SAFE team member without taking applications or offering or negotiating transaction terms.
  • Execute applicable risk programs and Wells Fargo policies and procedures, fulfill risk and compliance obligations, and escalate and remediate issues appropriately.

  • Relevant military experience with military protocol and instructions, enlisted evaluations, officer or leadership reporting, personnel benefits management, military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources, or military recruiting.
  • Cash-handling experience.

Wells Fargo appoints Anthony Giuliano as head of beauty and wellness investment banking

Wells Fargo has appointed Anthony Giuliano as managing director and head of beauty and wellness in consumer and retail investment banking. Giuliano joins from Perella Weinberg, where he served as partner, and previously held investment banking positions at Nomura and Barclays. He will report to Vik Bhardwaj, head of consumer and retail investment banking at Wells Fargo. Over the past two decades, Giuliano has advised on more than 100 beauty and wellness transactions for companies including Estée Lauder, L'Oréal, Shiseido, and Unilever. MasTec prices $650M senior notes offering at 5.850% to refinance term loan

MasTec has priced a public offering of $650 million in senior notes due 2036. The notes will carry a 5.850% interest rate, payable semi-annually, and were priced at 99.656%. They will mature on 30 September 2036. The company intends to use the net proceeds primarily to repay some or all of its $600 million term loan, which matures on 26 June 2028, and to cover related fees and expenses. Any remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, potentially including repayment of existing debt under its senior unsecured credit facility. The offering is expected to close on 17 August 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. PNC Capital Markets, Truist Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, BofA Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities are serving as joint book-running managers.
