Principal Consultants in the Data & Analytics practice are responsible for building the practice through client development, delivery oversight, managing strategy staff members and enriching our offerings. We are looking for a Data & Analytics Principal Consultant that specializes in Data Management and Governance, Master Data Management, and Enterprise Data Programs. You will have the opportunity to build on your proven leadership skills and leverage your interest in inspiring others and building strong relationships.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
Lead and advise client engagements centered on designing and building data-driven organizations/teams and implementing business processes that leverage analytical insights
Contribute to the development and growth of our Data Management and Governance practice driving technology-driven insights for our customers
Act as player/coach working alongside other data analytics professionals to help them develop their skills while delivering successful outcomes for our customers
Further your subject matter expertise through development of solution offerings, thought leadership, and development of our people

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
15+ years of business experience
12+ years of data and analytics experience in a consultative environment
Proven yourself as a leader in the planning, implementation, operation and management of Information Technology systems and organizations, specifically in the area of data & analytics
Proven expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) – data architecture, data governance, roadmap and strategy development for modern data platforms
Experience working with one or more data governance and data cataloging solutions such as Collibra, Alation, Microsoft Purview, etc.
Experience working with one or more MDM tools such as Informatica, Reltio, Microsoft Master Data Services (MDS), or other comparable platforms
Applied expertise in data and analytics strategy development, solution implementation and quantitative analytical methods
Worked within a consulting environment, with direct leadership experience in systems implementation
Worked as an effective leader across multiple industries and business functions
Proven data management and governance or advanced analytics functional leadership
Demonstrated experience in solution sales and growth of a book of business
Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree, advanced degrees preferred
Demonstrated expertise in managing project teams
Natural leader, coach, mentor, team-builder

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The estimated salary range for this role is $161,500 - $274,500 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
