Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage a rapidly growing team to provide high-quality operations support for the expanding customer base in India.
  • Support hiring and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Ensure sub-teams establish and achieve productivity and quality goals.
  • Manage team scheduling and capacity planning.
  • Lead initiatives with product and global teams to improve process automation and the customer experience.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for system issues and support product and engineering teams with issue diagnosis and reporting.
  • Maintain team documentation and collaborate with division leads to continuously improve team processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives involving administration, marketing, finance, and collections.
Desired Qualifications

  • Four to eight years of experience managing and scaling large, successful operations for a startup, bank, telecommunications company, or information technology company.
