Requirements
  • 5-7 years media sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals
  • Strong, existing relationships with mid/senior level UK clients, & agencies
  • Outstanding communications and negotiation skills
  • Flawless presentation skills, and the ability to lead strategic conversations that navigate the needs of Hypebeast and the client
  • In-depth knowledge of digital media business and agency partner requirements
  • Ability to drive revenue in a fast-paced, highly-creative organisation
  • Highly organised and results driven
  • A drive for success at a personal, team, and corporate level

Responsibilities
  • Generate significant advertising revenue by growing relationships with UK-based media agencies, PR agencies, and clients
  • Solicit RFP’s as well as unlocking proactive new business opportunities
  • Sell online, offline and bespoke advertising solutions across all Hypebeast platforms
  • Create compelling sales propositions utilising consumer trends, market knowledge and data-driven insights
  • Understand client’s requirements, brief the creative planning teams and pitch creative proposals
  • Coordinate with Account Servicing teams to ensure delivery of successful ad campaigns
  • Provide accurate forecasting & reporting
  • Represent Hypebeast at events and serve as a brand ambassador, communicating our core narratives and reinforcing the leading position Hypebeast holds in the marketplace
