Responsibilities
  • Lead the activities of Field Sales Management to successfully maximize efforts to attain sales goals within the assigned Zone within the Salon Channel.
  • Increase market share and brand awareness across all Kao Salon USA brands (Goldwell, Oribe, KMS, Kerasilk & Varis).
  • Develop the skill sets of the Field Sales Management team through inspiration to include: Leadership, Communication, Coaching and Empathy.
  • Creates trusting and constructive relationships with both internal team and customers by conducting regular field visits to ensure proper Field development and business growth.
  • Develop sales skills and effectiveness of direct reports by providing continuous coaching, performance feedback, training and conducting regular meetings.
  • Prepares periodic reports to demonstrate effectiveness of sales programs and salon sell through.
  • Develops annual sales budgets and KPIs to measure Salon Channel results.
