  • 10+ years of relevant experience in compensation, including 5+ years of recent experience in a senior leadership role
  • Strong understanding of global compensation principles, regulations, and market trends
  • Familiarity with Workday compensation functionality is critical
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive compensation strategy
  • Oversee all aspects of compensation programs
  • Manage timely and robust market analysis
  • Partner with the Legal team to ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Administer executive compensation programs
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies
  • Provide recommendations on pay actions and recruitment
  • Work closely with Finance, Talent, & HRBPs
  • Build and empower a small but mighty team
