Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience planning and executing paid media campaigns, with a strong track record in managing and optimizing campaigns across search, social, and display.
  • SaaS and/or startup experience is highly desirable.
  • Skilled in designing and executing experiments to drive growth.
  • Proven ability to meet performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Proficient with Google Suite, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with scripts, Google Tag Manager & GA4 preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire ad creation process, from creative brainstorming and audience targeting to agency direction and campaign launch.
  • Monitor spend and performance to ensure ROAS goals are met and leads convert efficiently throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to design and execute tests that attract the right customers and boost revenue.
  • Work closely with Analytics to ensure paid media attribution aligns with best practices and accurately captures all ad-sourced conversions.
  • Develop creative solutions, act quickly, and confidently present to internal stakeholders to inform decisions and prioritize resources.
  • Report on paid media progress and ensure clear and effective communication of paid media insights, challenges, and successes.
