OIA Training Support Specialist @ Delta Solutions & Strategies

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a The Office of Intelligence and Analysis (OIA) Training Support Specialist. The Office of Intelligence and Analysis (OIA) was established by the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004. The Act specifies that OIA shall be responsible for the receipt, analysis, collation, and dissemination of foreign intelligence and foreign counterintelligence information related to the operation and responsibilities of the Department of Treasury. OIA’s mission is to support the United States Government’s national security and intelligence missions, including, but not limited to formulation of policy and execution of Treasury authorities by providing:

• Expert analysis and intelligence production on financial and other support networks for terrorist groups, proliferators of Weapons of Mass Destruction (“WMD”), and other key national security threats

• Timely, accurate, and focused intelligence support on the full range of economic, political, and security issues.

What you will be doing:

Provide support to OIA’s Learning and Employee Development Program.
Support implementation of OIA learning events to include registration and all logistics.
Assist OIA employees with registration for courses.
Identify courses and learning events relevant to OIA personnel.
Maintain a calendar of learning events relevant to OIA personnel
Maintain OIA training tracking and support reporting requirements.

What you will need:

TS/SCI clearance is required
Bachelor’s Degree in desired
Demonstrated prior experience supporting employee development and learning programs including registration and logistics activities
Knowledge of OIA Mission is desired

In compliance with Washington DC Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $75,00-$84,000. Please note the salary information is a general guideline only.
